My work is about cherishing and celebrating. The aged camembert, the crunch of fresh bread; the first mangoes of spring and fat figs in autumn, the joy of a vase of cascading flowers; the loving generosity of life.
That’s what I’m about, and it’s what I instil in each of my spreads.
Tastescape is a small, family-run business which allows my feasts to keep their handcrafted feel - the sauces, pickles, in fact the vast majority of the food on the table is handmade by me.
It is honest but exciting food, luxuriously laid.
We come to you, unload our bounty, take you on a flavour journey and in the process create a treasured memory. Exactly how it plays out depends on your event. Every feast is unique, curated specially for the event, location and occasion.
